How much are your notary services?

We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

We provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas:

Western Massachusetts

Hampden County

Hampshire County

Berkshire County

Franklin County

Willing to travel outside of these counties within Massachusetts

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing such as a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

Any documents that require notarization, fully completed but not signed

Any additional documents requested by your lender, title company, or attorney. If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

Travel fees depend on the distance to your location and will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment. Please contact us for a custom quote.

How soon can I book a signing?

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and can often be booked with short notice. It’s best to contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Witnesses are not automatically provided. If a witness(s) is required, please arrange for witness(s) to be present at your appointment. In some cases, a witness(s) may be available for an additional fee with advance notice — please inquire when booking.
